Work Process
Our daily interaction with Councils and Strata Managers underscore how demanding the industry situation is at this time, and how critical it is to solve the time / workload balance. The pressure to streamline requests & minimize e-mail related traffic is immense.
Our available platform & portal tools combined with the fact that we handle data chores in setup are key to improving work process efficiencies by taking much off the Strata Managers’ shoulders – yet we collectively know this part of the process is largely dealing with symptoms. And the symptoms remain until the real issues are fixed. It’s like using a bigger bucket and emptying it faster when a roof is leaking in several places.

We’ve measured very significant time / productivity gains when the ‘leaking roofs’ are corrected through improved maintenance or renewal. Our goal is to prevent calls & emails in the first place. This may seem to be a detour from a purely work process solution, but the result it is the most effective strategy to avoid both unexpected problems and the unexpected costs to the Strata owner that they equate.
Our Predictive Analysis reflects good financial management that should be practiced by all Stratas. Creating & maintaining a vision for each Strata means a fair investment in education for Strata Managers – but it’s education that is at the core of what we do.
