"As a very long time council member of our 27 unit condo I have had the pleasure of working with the founder of SFTS and his team for over 14 very satisfactory years. He introduced myself and subsequently the rest of the council of the day to the concept of the Depreciation Report which was then being discussed. We 'signed up' with SFTS and have been very satisfied with them ever since. The report itself is very well done, updated every 3 years along with a building moisture test/inspection. At the beginning they took all our onsite records, scanned and then returned them to us. This formed the basis of a "library" which we add to on a regular basis.
