Our company, Canadian Strata Fund Track Solutions (CSFTS) has been posting here for almost a year, and during that time we’ve examined many of the fundamentals that affect the day to day reality of living in a multi-family building. (Strata or Condo)

We utilize state of the art technology to carry out inspections of your home, assist with Financial planning, and recommend appropriate actions to keep your home safe and sound.

We use infrared cameras to look under the skin of your building, revealing the condition of the invisible components that can break down and cause you grief and unplanned expense. We even show you how to make sure such expenses stop being surprises by utilizing our Predictive Analysis software, which also produces the legally required Depreciation Report for your Strata to properly comply with the British Columbia Strata Act.

We pay attention to every single component of your building systems, and from that data we build a detailed list describing the condition of each component.  Over the years we’ve helped protect the value of over $1 billion of strata assets. We believe there is no question that will surprise us regarding Strata Management operation or issues.
